The SCN2A Clinical Trial Readiness Study (CTRS) is a project of the FamilieSCN2A Foundation and Lurie Children's Hospital. The SCN2A-CTRS is seeking volunteers to participate.

We are looking for children between the ages of 1 year and 25 years who have SCN2A-associated epilepsy. To be in the study, your child should be in this age range and have epilepsy.

We also need to know your child's SCN2A genetic change. This is provided on your child's genetic test report and typically will be "C." followed by some numbers and letters, for example "c.607C>T". or, it may look like a "p." followed by numbers and letters, for example "p.R203W". There are some other ways of reporting variants, but these are the main ones.

If you would be interested in finding out whether your child is eligible and in signing up for the study, please click on the [Enroll] button below, which will bring you to a short questionnaire.
